Marvin Humes on secret to happy marriage as JLS star and Rochelle renew vows – .

Marvin Humes says he falls more and more in love with his wife and best friend Rochelle every day.
The TV duo plan to renew their wedding vows next year to mark 10 years of marriage. And chatting exclusively with the Sunday Mirror, sweetheart Marvin explained that the secret to a successful marriage is never taking yourself for granted.

The 36-year-old JLS hunk said: “Rochelle is beautiful inside and out. She is my best friend. It’s that simple. I love her more every day.

“No marriage is perfect, but we are a team. We like to work together, which is quite unique. But above all, we try to be husband and wife, best friends and good parents above all.

“We always make time for each other as a couple – it’s important to continue to have dates at night and on weekends.

“You have to keep working on the marriage and not take yourself for granted. “

The hitlist hosts became a powerful pop couple in 2010 after Marvin rose to prominence in X Factor’s boy band JLS and Rochelle, 32, joined girl group The Saturdays.

They married two years later and have since had Alaia-Mai, eight, Valentina, four, and Blake, one.

Beat Again frontman Marvin continued, “We always support each other.

“We are very united and always try to compromise. “

The careers of Marvin and Rochelle continue to strengthen.

A new series of the BBC’s The Hit List has been commissioned for next year and Marvin recently relaunched his pop career with JLS, which has just completed a sold-out tour. But the father of three explained that children are both his and Rochelle’s top priority, not their careers.

“The most important thing for us is to be the best parents possible,” he said.

“Being a parent is by far the hardest job in the world. There is no manual. You have to do your best.

“For me, the number one thing is to see them happy. It doesn’t matter what they do or who they become, as long as they’re happy.

Marvin also confirmed that he and Rochelle plan to renew their wedding vows next year.

He said, “We’re going to go somewhere overseas and have intimate service. We wanted children to be a part of it.

“Our oldest always asks why she was not at the wedding and we have to explain that she was not born at the time.

“It will be good for them to see mom and dad get married. “It’s nice to celebrate and recognize what we’ve accomplished. “
