Calling All Dirty Animals: Airbnb is renting out the “Home Alone” house this month for a night filled with hijinks.

The same Chicago-area house that saw a young Macaulay Culkin take over jester Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern will be available for a night out on December 12. Oh, and it’ll cost you the same amount as a couple of pizzas – just US $ 25.

The house looks a lot like what it was in the 1990 holiday movie: the statue of the lawn jockey standing outside, a candlelit dining room for eating mac and cheese and planning how to fend off burglars, paint cans hanging above the stairs. The pet tarantula that terrified the Wet Bandits will be there too, according to Airbnb’s description, because it wouldn’t be Christmas without an arachnid.

Perhaps the most surprising is the host of the house: Buzz McAllister, Kevin’s pugnacious older brother. Buzz has apparently mellowed enough to allow guests to enter his childhood home, according to Airbnb.

Scoring a stay at the McAllister won’t break the bank – again, it only costs a quarter of a hundred dollars – but it will be competitive. Reservations open December 7 at 2 p.m. ET, but the house will only be available for one night the following week.

If you are successful in booking, Airbnb says you will be responsible for getting to Chicago (much like the McCallister family once they realized they had left their son in another country).

The Airbnb offer coincides with the release last month of “Home Sweet Home Alone”, a new installment in the “Home Alone” franchise on Disney +. The film stars Archie Yates, best known for ‘Jojo Rabbit’, as a young boy whose rowdy family leaves him alone in a mansion over the Christmas holidays – only this time he’s British, and one of the Potential Burglar is played by Ellie Kemper. Yates appears in framed photos throughout the ‘Home Alone’ house, but Airbnb host Buzz hired a security team to make sure no break-ins disrupt guests’ stays.
