Texas A&M knocked down Oklahoma five-star defensive tackle Gabe Brownlow-Dindy on Monday, giving the Aggies three five-star football commitments in the classroom.
Brownlow-Dindy is the No. 4 rookie overall and had signed up to the Sooners since October 12. He remained engaged when news broke that Lincoln Riley left to take on the head coach job in Southern California, but rumors circulated that he was looking around. .

This is Oklahoma’s fifth out since Riley’s departure, with ESPN 300 linebacker Kobie McKinzie, defensive lineman Derrick Moore, running back Raleek Brown and offensive lineman Demetrius Hunter.

Conversely, this is the sixth commitment the Aggies have since early November, as Jimbo Fisher and his team push for the No.1 class with the early signing period just nine days away. The staff secured a commitment from player No. 1 overall from defensive tackle Walter Nolen on November 6, as well as commitments from five-star wide receiver Evan Stewart, wide receiver Chris Marshall, running back Le’Veon Moss, offensive lineman Mark Nabou and now Brownlow-Dindy.

Prior to this engagement, Texas A&M was ranked # 6 in the class rankings, but will likely increase and now have a total of 14 ESPN 300 entries. Oklahoma is left with six ESPN 300 entries in its category.
