Browns overtake Ravens, WFT upsets Cowboys to further tighten division races – .

OK, so the start of December was not what I expected for the game selection. It was average – all around.

In week 13, I went 7-7 ATS with my expert picks, 9-5 straight, and 3-3 with my best bets on the Pick Six podcast. This brings my overall ATS record to 99-92-3, my direct record to 115-78-1 and my best bet record to 41-40.

Starting last week, I thought I had a good grasp of the games from the first week of December, but it didn’t turn out that way. There are a lot of games that I really enjoy this week, especially with some teams playing back-to-back road games.

Here’s an easy choice: The Titans own the Jaguars in Nashville. Take it for what it’s worth. Here are the rest of the choices:

Latest odds:

Vikings du Minnesota -3

This is a playoff game for these teams. The Steelers impressed by beating Baltimore last week in a close game, while the Vikings battled the Lions. It’s tough to play on the road for a short week, especially after a rivalry game, which is why I think the Vikings will win this one in a low scoring game.

To take: Vikings 20, Steelers 14

Latest odds:

Washington Football Team +4

Suddenly it’s a huge game in the race for the division. Washington has won four in a row and plays an exceptional defense. Dallas’ offense has also not clicked as expected in recent weeks. Washington can come close to a game in the Division if he wins, and I think he will. Washington takes him behind the defense.

To take: Washington 23, Dallas 21

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Tennessee Titans (-9.5)

Sunday, 1 p.m. ET (CBS, Paramount+)

Latest odds:

Titans du Tennessee -8.5

The Jaguars are still struggling in Tennessee and this is a second straight road game against a team coming off a pass. It’s a bad combination. The Titans were struggling before the bye, but like the Rams last week, this Jaguars team is the game to get them back. Big titans.

To take: Titans 31, Jaguars 16

Latest odds:

Texans de Houston +7,5

Seattle kept up its little playoff hopes last week by beating the 49ers. They now have to face a Texas team that plays bad football. Russell Wilson and Seattle’s passing offense should finally be able to show some big-game ability in this one. The Texans offense, even against a below-par Seattle defense, will struggle. The Seahawks take it.

To take: Seahawks 30, Texans 10

Sunday, 1 p.m. ET (CBS, Paramount+)

Latest odds:

Chefs de Kansas City -9,5

The Raiders have just suffered a loss at home and didn’t look good on offense. They now have to face a good defense from the Chiefs. When these two met earlier this year, Kansas City’s offense had its best day of the season. The Vegas defense will be the tonic to get the Kansas City offense back on track. Patrick Mahomes enlightens him.

To take: Chefs 34, Raiders 21

Sunday, 1 p.m. ET (CBS, Paramount+)

Latest odds:

New York Jets +5

The Saints got a mini pass after playing Thursday last week which was much needed with all the injuries. The Jets have been playing better lately, but I think they’ll struggle against a good New Orleans defense to move the ball. The Jets can’t stop anyone, even Taysom Hill. The saints take it.

To take: Saints 28, Jets 20

Dimanche, 13 h HE (Fox)

Latest odds:

Caroline’s Panthers -2.5

The Panthers come off a pass and just fire offensive coordinator Joe Brady as if that would amplify the offense. They are playing good defense though and the forward will follow Matt Ryan here. This will lead to short fields for Carolina’s offensive on turnovers as she takes the win.

To take: Panthers 24, Falcons 15

Sunday, 1 p.m. ET (CBS, Paramount+)

Latest odds:

Cleveland Browns -2.5

The Ravens play a second straight Division Road game, while the Browns come off a pass. Cleveland Advantage. The Ravens have suffered a lot on offense for much of the past month. The Browns too, but I think their running game will be the difference in this one. They run for victory and keep Lamar Jackson contained.

To take: Browns 24, Ravens 20

Dimanche, 16 h 05 HE (Fox)

Latest odds:

Chargers de Los Angeles -10,5

The Chargers won a must-see game last week against the Bengals and now face a Giants side likely without their best two quarterbacks. That would mean Jake Fromm is starting. It’s a tough challenge for a team that plays back-to-back road games. The Chargers are winning big behind Justin Herbert.

To take: Magazines 29, Giants 7

Dimanche, 16 h 05 HE (Fox)

Latest odds:

Denver Broncos -7.5

The Lions won last week in a dramatic fashion, but now face a Broncos team that needs this game in terms of playoff survival. The Denver defense is playing well and will do it here. The offense will do enough to get the Broncos back on the winning streak, but the Lions will hang around.

To take: Broncos 23, Lions 17

San Francisco 49ers vs. Cincinnati Bengals (-1)

Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET (CBS, Paramount+)

Latest odds:

Bengals de Cincinnati +1,5

The 49ers are playing a second straight road game, while the Bengals have just suffered a home loss to the Chargers. The 49ers will use their running game to dictate the tempo here, but I think it’s a game for Joe Burrow to light up the 49ers’ high school. Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase get back on track.

To take: Bengals 31, 49ers 21

Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET (CBS, Paramount+)

Latest odds:

Boucaniers de Tampa Bay -3

Buffalo is playing a short week after playing Monday night and now has to travel to play a good Bucs side. It’s hard to do. But after playing in the elements against New England, playing here will help Josh Allen and the passing game. Tampa Bay’s defense is not good at the moment. Look for a lot of points as Allen and Tom Brady shine a light. It’ll be fun because Tampa Bay wins it, but Buffalo will keep it close.

To take: Bucs 33, factures 32

Dimanche, 20 h 20 HE (NBC)

Latest odds:

Packers de Green Bay -12,5

The Packers come out of the bye, so they’ll be rested. The Bears didn’t look like they lost to the Cardinals last week, but could have Justin Fields back for this game. They must devote the remainder of the season to the development of Fields. The Packers are playing for a lot more, which will appear here. It’s a blast as Aaron Rodgers continues to own the Bears.

To take: Packers 31, Ours 13

Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals (-3)

Monday, 8:15 PM (ESPN)

Latest odds:

Arizona Cardinals -2.5

It’s a huge game in the division and in the conference. The Cardinals beat the Rams in their place earlier this season. They dominated this game. This one won’t be that easy. The Rams played well last week against the Jaguars, but it’s a big step forward. The Cardinals will beat them a second time.

To take: Cardinals 27, Rams 20
