Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, December 1 announce that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will make a ruthless move against Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) makes a life-changing decision.
For starters, Victor will make it clear that Billy is falling apart personally and professionally. He’ll decide it’s time to stop glove-handling Billy and take a bold stand against him. Looks like a major showdown is brewing where Victor and Billy have it all set up.
Victor was planning on letting Billy think they’d accepted his offer, but he could ultimately assume that Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) is forcing Billy to resign anyway. With that in mind, Victor may insist that there is no deal – although it won’t bother him much if Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) defeats him in the war for ChancComm.
As long as Victoria’s motivation is to do what’s best for Newman-Locke rather than protect Billy, Victor will go along with his offer for the company. His main focus will remain to crush Billy in any way he can, so he’ll take a more hostile approach during Wednesday’s episode Y&R and pour salt into the wound.
Of course, that doesn’t mean Victor will throw in the towel when it comes to acquiring ChancComm for Newman Media. Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) is hoping to push prices up with a good old-fashioned bidding war later this week, but she will have other things to work out first.
Jill offers to let Lily take over as ChancComm’s new boss on Tuesday, so Lily will have a big decision to make on Wednesday’s show. Naturally, Lily can insist on waiting until she talks to Billy first. She would be a huge hypocrite if she accepted this offer without even consulting Billy, as she is still on her case to make impulsive, one-sided decisions.
Lily may also need some time to think about this choice for herself, so Jill can be left hanging on a bit longer. In the meantime, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will be making a phone call to those waiting for updates in Genoa City. Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will eventually receive the shocking news of Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) surviving.
Nina Webster (Tricia Cast) will soon find out that Chance is also alive, but Chance should remain cautious of the danger here. It will also be difficult for Chance to give up the rest of the mission when he is so close to bringing down the best dog.
Even so, it looks like Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will win the battle to bring Chance back to the home he belongs to. Chance will be back in GC before you know it, so more meetings are on the way. As more details about Y&R become available, we will keep you informed.
Young and the Restless spoilers say Chance will face many challenges as he tries to settle back into his old life. CDL is where you want to be for exciting spoilers, updates, and news from Young and the Restless, so stop by regularly.
