The ten most expensive streets in Merseyside according to Zoopla – .

The ten most expensive streets in Merseyside have been revealed.
According to data provided by real estate company Zoopla, most of the streets on the list have an average house price of over £ 1million.

Zoopla estimates that the average property price in Liverpool was £ 187,191 in November 2021, down 1.38% over the past three months.

Apartments in Liverpool have sold for an average of £ 157,790 and townhouses for £ 121,846.

But six of the streets that made the top ten list have an average house price of over £ 1million, which puts them well over your average buyer’s budget.

Shireburn Road is currently listed as the most expensive street in Merseyside, with an average house value of £ 1,757,706.

The lavish rue de Formby had already been named the most expensive street of the decade.

With an average house price of over £ 500,000 less than Shireburn Road, Selworthy Road in Southport was the second most expensive.

The four most expensive streets are all in Formby or Southport, with the first street in another borough being Friarsgate Close in Allerton in fifth position.

4. Sandringham Road, Southport, PR8 — 1 139 857 £

5. Friarsgate Close, Liverpool, L18 — 1 066 991 £

6. Woolton Mount, Liverpool, L25 — 1 007 461 £

7. Owen Road, Prescot, L35 — 961 811 £

8. Park Drive, Liverpool, L23 – 950 £, 104

9. Winterhill Close, Liverpool, L18 – 926 536 £

10. Beaconsfield Road, Liverpool, L25 — 911 155 £

The list has been compiled according to Zoopla’s Zed-Index – the average property value in a given area based on Zoopla’s current estimates.

The average Shireburn Road property value increased from £ 1,384,974 in 2014.

A property on Shireburn Road was listed earlier this year for a whopping £ 2,650,000.

Formby Street is approximately 11 miles from central Liverpool and close to Freshfield station.

The street also overlooks Formby Golf Course and is a ten-minute drive from Formby Beach.
