The quote continued: “You don’t have to guess if something is love. Love manifests itself in actions. Stop making excuses for people who don’t show up for you.
“Don’t ignore the red flags. And don’t think you have to stay somewhere because you can’t get better – you can and you will.
“Don’t settle for less – you don’t deserve it and neither do your family. “

In May of last year, the couple decided to move into their own London apartment after they both stayed with Luke’s mother in Luton during the lockdown.
Siannise wrote on Instagram at the time: “We did it! Today myself and @luketroytrotman moved into our apartment and we love it.
“I feel so overwhelmed it’s something I’ve always wanted and it reminds me of how far we’ve both come.
“I’m excited for our next chapter in London and I’m having a lot of adventures with my best friend, I love you (sic). “
In February, the beloved couple initially said they were planning to move to Windsor – as it sits between their hometowns of Luton and Bristol.
They then bought their first dog together named Nala – a cockapoo – a few months later.
Earlier this year, Siannise hinted that she wished she had never agreed to be on Love Island, because she was “happier” before she became famous.
The star said she was “mentally not so happy” during a candid question-and-answer session on Instagram.
The TV personality said “if I could go back I would make a different decision” when a fan asked if “he had missed his old life”.
During the question-and-answer session, she asked her followers to make a guess about her so that she could answer.
One wrote, “You miss your old life before you get to Love Island fame. ”
Siannise replied, “It’s true. I was very happy and happy in my life before Love Island and I feel like mentally I’m not that happy.
“If I could go back, I think I would have made a different decision – and I don’t mean to sound ungrateful!” Mental health and happiness always come first for me.
