Speaking to BBC Radio 1 about his Disney + series Hawk Eye, Renner was asked about End of Game, and he remembers watching the movie once and only once, at the premiere. According to Renner, it was a “difficult experience” due to the emotion that he and the rest of the cast watched the film.
“I saw it at the premiere, but it was just something to celebrate for all of us,” Renner said. “We were all laughing and crying, and it was a lot, it was a lot to do. I will never watch this again. It was a difficult experience. We were all a mess of sobs and we laughed. It’s amazing, we were like members of the audience, and it was great to experience. It was a beautiful and beautiful experience to share.
While Renner may not be ready to revisit Avengers: Endgame, he will be very busy in the world of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the form of Disney + Hawk Eye. In In the series, Jeremy Renner reprizes his iconic role as Clint Barton, with the story also set to feature his fan-favorite protege, Kate Bishop, who will be played by Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld.
