CJ Perry, formerly known as Lana, has not appeared in AEW programming, but she is part of the story that her husband, Miro tells virtually every time he participates in AEW programming.

“The Redeemer” regularly refers to Perry, without naming her, calling her his “hot” wife and referring to what they do behind closed doors. For months, fans wondered if Perry would appear alongside Miro in some capacity in AEW. At the very least, his recent comments on the matter during a virtual signing with East Coast Autograph Auctions will likely fuel that speculation.

“Well I’ll tell you, stay tuned,” Perry said. “I can’t give it my all. I can’t give all the hot tea right now. (H / t Jeremy Lambert from Fightful.)

Likewise, days after Sammy Guevara beat Miro to win the AEW TNT Championship on AEW Dynamite, Perry jokingly tweeted that she would return the title to her husband.

Fans will have to wait and see what the future holds for Perry.

WWE released Lana on June 2, ending her career with the company almost eight years after her debut. She had been a star of WWE programming throughout her career; she was best known for her role as manager of Rusev (now Miro), and Lana had been on a team alongside Naomi before her release.
