Ontario reports fewer than 500 new cases of COVID-19 for 7th day in a row – .


Ontario is reporting 443 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, marking a full week of fewer than 500 new cases per day.

Health Minister Christine Elliott said 288 cases involved people not fully vaccinated or whose vaccination status was unknown and 155 involved people who were fully vaccinated.

There are now 164 people in intensive care due to complications from COVID-19 and 155 people in hospital.
