Leeds United players ratings as Raphinha clinches vital Norwich City win in mediocre game – Beren Cross – .

Leeds United (3-3-1-3)
1 Illan Meslier

Norwich City were pretty appalling around the box and barely tested the French stopper and he could have done very little for the header. 6

14 Diego Llorente

It was a one-man machine in the first half as the hosts were forced to go long and hard. Very frustrated with himself when he allowed Andrew Omobamidele to run away from him for Norwich’s opening goal. 7

6 Liam Cooper (c)

Did well. Looked flabbergasted by some of the decisions Teemu Pukki was made in the course of his challenges. 6

21 Pascal Struijk

Wasn’t in the thick of it very often. When he was called, he was pretty solid. 6

46 Jamie Shackleton

Decent battle with Milot Rashica on the flank and didn’t yield much. Wasn’t quite able to disrupt the overlap as much as he would have liked. 6

23 Kalvin Phillips

Stable game in the middle. The passes weren’t always the cleanest by his high standards. Would have liked more control of the game against this level of opposition. 6

15 Stuart Dallas

He looked like he had a decent influence in the game when the pitch was broken and he was able to dribble forward. Guilty of a few sloppy passes in the first half which almost left Norwich on a few occasions. 6

19 Rodrigo

Go take that lucky break from Tim Krul and run with him for Leeds’ second goal. Worked for long periods in the game, but deserves credit for his ability to keep finding Raphinha off. 6

10 prey

Not like his best bloat due to a decent defense from Omobamidele, but the Brazilian was once again effectively a one-man attack at times. Had the confidence and the ability to keep trying and succeeding. 7

22 Jack Harrison

Tried as a side attacker at first, but quickly swung to the left to try and help counter Max Aarons. Another modest performance overall, however. Do not bring anything to the party around the box. 4

20 Daniel James

Was ruined by Aarons on the left flank until Bielsa traded it on the inside for Harrison. Like his teammate however, that just doesn’t happen on offense. The rhythm is there, but not the end product. 4

13 Kristoffer Klaesson

4 Adam Forshaw (pour James 77min)

Taken to lead the ship through its final stages. N / A

11 Tyler Roberts (for Rodrigo 88min)

Late change. N / A

30 Joe Gelhardt

33 Léo Hjelde

35 Charlie Cresswell

37 Cody Drameh (pour Shackleton 71min)

Stable and will have confidence in Bielsa’s decision to hire him. Unhappy to pick up a quick yellow for standing on Rashica’s boot. 6

38 Crysencio Summerville

43 Mateusz Klich
