The White House said Harris qualifies for a recall, which is not available to all Americans as she frequently travels for work and interacts with various people as part of her official duties.
Boosters have so far been approved for people 65 years of age and older, those with pre-existing conditions, and those at higher risk of exposure due to their work.
She received her first dose of Moderna vaccine in December and the second on January 26.
