Tom Parker broke down during an incredibly moving interview on Channel 4’s Stand Up To Cancer.

The courageous and inspiring 32-year-old, who was diagnosed with a severe brain tumor, opened up last year about the heartbreaking moment doctors made his life-changing diagnosis.

The Wanted singer recalled going on vacation with his beloved wife Kelsey, when he started to feel bad.

Tom remembered being “snappy” with his wife – something that didn’t suit him at all – before he ended up having a seizure in front of her.

He was then rushed to hospital, where after several tests, doctors confirmed he was living with a brain tumor.

“It was an emotional moment to say the least,” the brave star told host Davina McCall.

“I was alone in the hospital because of the Covid restrictions. So there was literally no one else with me – I was alone.

“The doctors rolled the curtain around my bed and told me I had a brain tumor, and I was like, ‘No, you are wrong. It must be a mistake. I am only 32 years old.

“I really thought they made a mistake,” added Tom.
