Avalanche to Wild – .

CENTENNIAL, Colorado–The Colorado Avalanche continues its show tonight, taking on the Minnesota Wild at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.
This is the first game in a straight series for the Avs, who return home to host the Vegas Golden Knights on Tuesday. The Avalanche are expected to play three home games and three road games this preseason, facing the Golden Knights, Wild and Dallas Stars twice each (once at home, once on the road).
Tonight’s roster is made up mostly of rookies as seven of the 20 players set to compete for Colorado have yet to make their NHL debuts – forwards Shane Bowers, Gabriel Fontaine, Jean-Luc Foudy, Oskar Olausson and Andreas Wingerli with the defender Justin Barron and goalkeeper Justus Annunen.
Foudy will make his very first pre-season NHL outing and is one of four players in the Avs roster who will dress for their first exhibition games of the year.

Darcy Kuemper and Justus Annunen are the goalies who will dress for tonight’s game. The duo parted ways from the net last Thursday when the Avs hosted the Wild at Ball Arena and claimed a 6-4 victory.

Below is the roster of tonight’s pre-season matches for the Avalanche. It is subject to change.
