The Gunners have signed left-back Nuno Tavares, midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga and spent £ 50million on center-back Ben White, but they are far from over.
With just under three weeks to go to the transfer deadline, Mikel Arteta’s side appear to have stepped up efforts to offload their fringe players and bring in new arrivals.
A new striker remains a priority for Arsenal and it looks like they are willing to spend a lot of money to get one.
With that in mind, let’s take a look at the latest transfer rumors involving the Gunners.
Abraham “agrees” with Arsenal

Tammy Abraham is desperate to leave Chelsea this summer in search of regular playing time, with the imminent arrival of Romelu Lukaku relegating him further to Thomas Tuchel’s thoughts.
There has been a lot of interest in the 23-year-old over the past few months, but little to support him – so far, potentially.
Roma made a breakthrough by making a deal with Chelsea that would see Abraham join the club on a two-year loan deal worth £ 4.24million (€ 5million) with an obligation to purchase for 29.65 million pounds sterling (35 million euros), according to The messenger .
However, the report says Abraham wants to stay in the Premier League – and London if possible – and the England striker has therefore agreed to personal terms with the Gunners.
It remains to be seen if Arsenal can hijack Roma’s move, but it looks like Abraham is at least getting closer to exiting Stamford Bridge.

Denis Zakaria is set to leave Borussia Mönchengladbach this summer, with Arsenal, Everton and Tottenham among those looking to sign him.
The Swiss midfielder has entered the final year of his contract and is ready to leave Gladbach.
According to PHOTO , there is “no longer any doubt that Zakaria is leaving” – the question is where he will end up.
Arsenal have already signed Lokonga and are keeping Granit Xhaka to complete Thomas Partey, but another arrival is not ruled out.
Torreira exit “at the stop”
Lucas Torreira is one of the players Arsenal hope to offload this summer to make room in Arteta’s squad for the newcomers.
The 25-year-old midfielder spent last season on loan with Atletico Madrid, but the Gunners would ideally like to sell him this time around.
Yet, with time passing, Arsenal would also sanction a loan for a permanent exit down the line.
Corriere dello Sport says Lazio is the most likely destination for the Uruguayan, although “at the moment everything is at a standstill”.
That’s because Lazio need to figure out what they’re up to with Gonzalo Escalante and Danilo Cataldi first, delaying any move for Torreira.
