Monday August 23 General Hospital (GH) spoiler recap reveals Peter August (Wes Ramsey) spied on Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) in Nixon Falls while Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) forced Laura Collins (Genie Francis) ) and Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) in hiding.

At Tan-O, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was on edge throughout her conversation with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). She reluctantly offered wine, although it was clear that she didn’t want Maxie hanging around.

Maxie felt like she was almost strong enough to be with her daughter again, but she wanted to stay with Nina for a while in Nixon Falls.

After Nina received a text from “Mike” aka Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Nina insisted that Maxie leave. She didn’t think it was wise for Maxie to use Nixon Falls as an escape like she did.

Maxie eventually came out, but a man was hiding nearby and watching her. GH fans finally saw the camera move as the man stepped forward – and it was none other than Peter August!

Back in Port Charles, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) asked Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about his connection to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) before Leo Falconeri (Easton Rocket Sweda) revealed a cut on his finger.

Olivia took her son to the hospital, fearing he might need stitches, but Dante thought she was making a big deal with nothing.

At GH, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) tried unsuccessfully to negotiate a deal with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) before Olivia showed up with Leo.

Austin made sure Leo got the tetanus shot, but no stitches were needed. He praised the kid for taking the hit like a champ and gave him a fidget spinner.

Olivia was planning to follow up with Leo’s regular pediatrician, but Austin was adamant that Olivia was bringing the boy to him.

Austin insisted he enjoyed finishing what he started – and later Austin spoke to the office nurse to set up a notification regarding this important follow-up appointment.

In the Corinthos clan kitchen, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) couldn’t keep lying to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) like this.

Willow felt like a terrible person, but Michael didn’t see him that way at all. Michael wanted to go with Willow when she told Chase the truth, but she worried that would make matters worse.

However, Michael felt it was time to stop playing God and decide what Chase could and couldn’t handle.

Michael decided to support Willow because he was just as involved when it came to their cheating.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) realized that Chase had a document proving that Edward Quartermaine (John Ingle) wanted to change his will – even though she felt like only the actual will mattered. .

Brook Lynn asked for answers as to why Chase was helping Austin, so he told the story of Austin who had helped him get to the gatehouse – which found evidence that Michael and Willow had. lying together.

Chase wanted revenge on Michael, but Brook Lynn complained that it affected him and the rest of the Quartermaine family.

Soon after, Michael and Willow showed up hoping to have a conversation with Chase.

Back with Austin, he checked his answering machine and heard the one Chase had left about his discovery in Edward’s office.

By the Metro Court pool, Sam spoke with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) about Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) call.

After Dante joined the discussion, Sam expressed his desire to see the record of Drew’s WSB plane crash. Anna agreed to get it for Sam so she could dig deeper into the matter.

At home, Laura has had chilling news about Cyrus’ plans for revenge for her siblings. Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) has revealed that Cyrus has contracted with Laura and Martin, so it wasn’t safe for them to stay in Port Charles.

Martin and Laura were to go immediately to an undisclosed location where they could be protected.

Although Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) wanted to hide with Laura, she insisted that he stay behind and watch out for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez).

Kevin and Laura said goodbye from the bottom of their hearts as they prepared to go their separate ways.
