Kelly Clarkson’s marriage contract confirmed in divorce – .

Kelly Clarkson can Brandon Blackstock’s “Breakaway” with more money in her pocket.

A judge has fully upheld the “Stronger” singer’s prenuptial agreement with Blackstock in their controversial divorce, TMZ reported Thursday. The deal would have separated all assets and income from his marriage to the former entertainment director.

Blackstock had fought against the marriage contract in order to divide their accumulated properties, including the Montana ranch where he now resides, as well as the income she earned during their marriage.

After receiving an email confirming his victory, Clarkson allegedly screamed on the set of “The Voice” and celebrated.

KELLY CLARKSON ORDERS TO PAY TO EX BRANDON BLACKSTOCK NEARLY 200KA MONTHS OF SUPPORT FOR SPOUSE AND CHILD: REPORT

When contacted for comment, representatives of “The Voice” referred us to Clarkson’s personal representative.

The outlet reported that the formal dissolution of the former couple’s marriage is expected to be finalized in the coming days. Clarkson, 39, was granted primary custody of their children, Remington and River Rose, as Blackstock lives in Montana.

The “Since U Been Gone” singer seems desperate to sever all ties with her ex-husband, as she has also asked to have her last name restored.

Page Six reported last month that Clarkson was temporarily ordered to pay Blackstock nearly $ 200,000 in monthly spousal and child support. She was also ordered to pay all of her legal fees, which amounted to $ 1.25 million at the time.

The amount Clarkson will ultimately pay Blackstock – a number that will likely be much lower than the original order – will change once the judge settles their ownership agreement. She will likely still have to pay child support, which will cost her $ 50,000 a month.

It’s a stupid change for Clarkson, who earns $ 1.5 million a month, court documents have revealed.
