The new director of Moordale Secondary will certainly have her hands full.

In this special promotional clip (embedded above) for Sex educationIn the upcoming Season 3 (all eight episodes of which will air on Netflix on Friday, September 17), we see our favorite students banding together to help Headmistress Hope Haddon (played by Girls’ Jemima Kirke) are promoting the benefits of a Moordale education (minus all the sex stuff, of course).

As Hope announces her new position and her ambitious goal of getting the school back on track, Otis, Viv, Ola, Maeve and the rest of the group show up to wave to us to “Choose Moordale!” Amid odd triangular chimes, comically forced dialogue, and an unfortunate mention of last season’s chlamydia outbreak. (Yeah, they’ll probably want to cut that part.)

Elsewhere in the mock commercial, Jackson awkwardly tries to charm Hope with unwanted touching, while Eric’s new boo Adam crawls past the camera to ruin a perfect take. Maeve is also not really ready for the camera, as she urges us to “Choose Moordale.” Please. So it can end. Make sure you stay until the end to see who is hiding outside!

The third season follows Otis (Asa Butterfield) as he enjoys the benefits of casual sex, as Eric (Ncuti Gatwa) and Adam (Connor Swindells) explore life as an official couple. Plus, Jean’s (Gillian Anderson) life is turned upside down as she awaits the arrival of her new baby, while “Aimee discovers feminism, Jackson has a crush and a lost voicemail message still looms.” on the connection line. Get ready for the engaged animals, alien freaks, vulva cupcakes and more from Madame Groff. (Read our Season 2 finale recap if you need a refresher.)

In addition to Kirke, Sex education’New additions to the cast include Jason Isaacs (Star Trek: Discovery) as Peter Groff, the more successful and not very modest older brother of Mr. Groff; recording artist Dua Saleh, making her acting debut as Cal, a non-binary student who instantly clashes with Hope’s new vision for school; and Indra Ové (Breeders) as Anna, adoptive mother to Maeve’s half-sister, Elsie.

It was a looong 20 months since we last saw the gang. Are you eager to reunite with Otis and his friends? Watch the new clip by pressing PLAY above, then drop some comments!
