Three rape gang groomers jailed for raping schoolgirl in Huddersfield – .

Banaras Hussain, Mohammed Akram and Talish Mahmood Ahmed have been jailed for treating and raping a thirteen-year-old schoolgirl in Huddersfield, England.

Leeds Crown Court learned during the trial that the girl had been raped in her primary school yard and even in her own bedroom after one of the groomers, Mohammed Akram, climbed over the pipe. evacuation of his house.

The prosecutor in the case, Kate Batty, told the jury, according to a Yorkshire Live Court report, that at the age of 13 the victim was “drunk most of the time”, being served with vodka, lager, cigarettes and amphetamines by its attackers.

Ms Batty said the teenager had been treated like an ‘object’, adding: ‘The routine for her day after day has become the events of touching or fiddling or having sex on dirty mattresses on the bed. floor of the apartments and houses in which she found herself. “

The “primary groomer” in the case, then married, Banaras Hussain, was accused of sexually assaulting the victim at least twice a week during a year in the woods or in the playground of the primary school.

“He took her one day to a house where alcohol and drugs were flowing again,” the prosecutor said, adding: “In the bedroom of this house, she lost her virginity with him on a mattress. without bedding, using a curtain as a blanket.

Hussain was sentenced to 18 years in prison, but like his predatory companions, he will likely serve much less than that in prison, as British criminals are typically entitled to licensed automatic early release halfway or two-thirds of their way. hardly.

Mohammed Akram has been accused of raping the girl for the first time when she was 15, on an air mattress while the groomer’s girlfriend was still in bed.

“A second time, when she was still 15 years old, she was at her father’s house when he climbed the drain pipe and in her room,” the prosecutor said.

“Again she was intoxicated and again he mistreated her before he left in the early hours of the morning so her father wouldn’t realize he was in the house. ”

Akram, 44, was convicted of two counts of rape and one count of indecent assault, carrying a notional thirteen year sentence.

The third groomer in the case, Talish Mahmood Ahmed, was accused of spiking the drink of the victim – who was still 15 years old at the time – before taking her to a secluded location to rape her.

Prosecutor Batty said: “Talish Ahmed was a passenger. She remembers he was in the back with her. He mistreated her when she was not in a condition to consent; a state they had deliberately put her in so that she could be raped.

“When they were done with her, she was dumped, thrown out of the cab at the end of her street with her panties and pants around her ankles. They couldn’t even bother to help her get dressed.

Talish Ahmed, 41, was sentenced to a fictitious ten-year sentence after being convicted of one count of rape.

The rape committed by Ahmed is said to be the “last blow” for the victim, who contacted the local police on November 25, 1997.

However, as has been the case with many victims of grooming gangs, the complainant said she was “disappointed” by the police, who took no substantive action for years.

“She made a statement to the police and was medically examined. Despite this, no action was ever taken, ”Ms. Batty said.

“It’s not entirely clear why, but what we do know is that things have come a long way since the late 1990s in terms of understanding sexual offending,” she said. asserted, although there was never a time when the law was not perfectly clear about sex with children being a crime.

Last year it was revealed that Rotherham Police had ignored decades of abuse by gang members of ‘Asian’ rapists out of fear of political correctness.

A report from the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said a senior officer in Rotherham told the father of a missing girl the town would “explode” if the public was told that “Asian grooming gangs” Sexually abused white youth. girls for example.
