Klavan spent two seasons at Liverpool after being brought in from German club FC Augsburg by Jurgen Klopp in the summer of 2016.
While not gifted with world-class abilities, Klavan has established himself as a cult hero among Liverpool fans, with his personal vocals.
Arguably his biggest moment in a Liverpool jersey came on Boxing Day 2017, as he scored a late winner as Liverpool beat Burnley at Turf Moor to continue their march towards Champions League qualification.
And his new club, certainly aware of his Kop status, produced a series of witty tweets in response to some of the biggest news reports earlier this week to celebrate their latest arrival.
While not descending alongside Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah, Klavan was part of Liverpool’s journey under Klopp.
And judging by his catchy-Kop vocals that still resonate today, he certainly won’t be forgotten by Reds fans anytime soon.
