As reported, Uso was arrested Monday night in Pensacola, Florida, after being pulled over by police who saw him go through a red light while accelerating. He then failed field sobriety tests and was taken to jail overnight on charges of drunk driving, speeding and red light. He was released on bail the next morning. You can see his mugshot photo below.
The police report notes that Pensacola Police Officer William Roper conducted a radar in the Garden and I Street area on Monday evening, in a marked patrol car, when he observed the white Dodge Charger from Uso moving east in the inner lane. Uso was clocked at 50 in a 35 mph zone, and as the officer overtook Uso’s car, he observed the vehicle running a red light at Garden Street and A Street.
Uso was then arrested near Garden and Streets streets. The officer immediately smelled a strong smell of alcohol and, after identifying him, returned to the car and asked Uso to exit. Uso walked to the back of the car and was seen rocking. Roper asked Uso if he had consumed alcohol that night, and it was reported that Uso said he had “several” beers.
The officer then asked Uso to undergo field sobriety tests, which he agreed to. Uso then proceeded with officers to the parking lot of the Ever’man Cooperative Grocery & Cafe at 315 West Garden Street, where he performed field sobriety tests. The officer said Uso was unable to keep his head still and had multiple signs of nystagmus or involuntary eye movements. Uso also had difficulty maintaining his balance and performing the walk and turn test. During the one-leg position test, Uso was unable to maintain his balance and put his foot down several times.
Uso was then placed under arrest for impaired driving due to the failure of field sobriety tests. The officer asked Uso to take a breathalyzer test to determine his alcohol content, but he refused to answer. The officer read her implied consent, and Uso then agreed to give her a breathalyzer test. Uso was transported to the Pensacola Police Department where another officer gave him a breathalyzer test. He detonated a .202 and a .205, well above the legal limit of .08 in Florida.
Uso was charged with a citation for impaired driving and a ticket for speeding and red light. His car was left safe and legally parked, where he was arrested. He was then taken to Escambia County Jail, where he was released the next morning at 9 a.m. ET after posting $ 500 bail.
The arresting officer activated his department’s body camera and on-board camera.

This was Jimmy’s second DUI charge in the past two years, as he was held on similar charges in July 2019, in the same city. A jury later found him not guilty in the case, despite police video showing him lurching while driving and then tripping during the arrest. Uso was also arrested earlier in 2019 after he was allegedly embroiled in an argument with police in Detroit.
