The Limp frontman Bizkit, 50, debuted a shocking new look on Instagram on Wednesday, prompting followers to do a double take with his feathery gray hair and handlebar mustache.
“I’m thinking of you 70 years old,” he captioned a photo. “Daddy is vibrating,” he wrote on another.
Fans immediately inundated his comments, comparing the singer to Bon Jovi, Hulk Hogan, David Spade, Richard Gere and more.
“Why does Fred Durst look like he just appeared in a WSJ coverage about losing his fracking job?” “, A person tweeted. “Fred Durst looks like he’s started flipping houses on HGTV,” said another wrote.
The dramatic change in appearance might have something to do with his upcoming Lollapalooza concert this weekend in Chicago; in a telling sign, Durst deleted all of his previous Instagram posts before revealing his new ‘do’.
This is not the first time that the musician “Rollin ‘” has reinvented himself. In 2006, Limp Bizkit took a hiatus and Durst tried his hand at film, directing Jesse Eisenberg in “The Education of Charlie Banks” in 2007, Keke Palmer in “The Longshots” in 2008 and John Travolta in “The Fanatic” in 2019.
His group is now reunited, however, and will be launching a tour after Lollapalooza.
