News of his lucrative real estate deal comes after Liam was seen reaching out to his former fiancee Maya in cryptic messages he shared in his Instagram story.
Urging his fans to ‘not let go’ of their loved ones, Liam wrote: ‘Don’t let someone go if you really want to love them, even if you have to learn to love them through your own mistakes, let your instincts tell you that you need them and keep them close to us, we always run out of time, we never win it. (sic) ‘
In a follow-up post, he joked, “F ** k Me I’m Wise,” before tagging Maya, alongside a pair of prayer hands. He concluded his series of enigmatic messages: “I love you, let’s calm down. ”
Liam confirmed his split from model Maya in June on the podcast, Diary of a CEO, where he said he “has to work on myself” before committing to anyone.
Revealing that he is now single, Liam said, “I feel more than anything at this point, I am more disappointed with myself that I continue to hurt people.

‘It annoys me. I just haven’t been very good at relationships. And I know what my pattern of things is with relationships at this point.
“I’m just not very good with them, so I just need to work on myself before I get down to someone else. “
He continued, “This is where I got to in my last relationship. I just wasn’t giving out a really good version of myself that I didn’t like and didn’t like to be. I can honestly say that I feel better.
“I didn’t feel good doing what I did, but it had to happen. Just a trivial way of saying it was the best for both of us.
Liam and Maya confirmed their engagement in August 2020 after the star asked the question during the lockdown with a £ 3million ring.
They were first linked in August 2018, shortly after Liam’s much-publicized split from Cheryl.

Prior to dating Maya, Liam reportedly had a four-month whirlwind romance with model Naomi Campbell, which ended in April 2019.
