In order to get vaccines up and running as quickly as possible, the health unit has added more vaccination clinic options, including more accessible overnight clinics, walk-in hours and online reservations.
As of Monday, there were only three active cases of COVID-19 in the region.
Almost 62 percent of those aged 12 and over received two doses of the vaccine locally.
