Former 3MB teammates Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal faced off in a trending fight this week on WWE RAW. Determined to prove himself as good as McIntyre, Mahal also hoped to avenge himself for a perceived disrespect as he felt McIntyre had put him aside during the premier’s reign in the WWE Championship.

From the start, the two stars clashed in a more traditional way, locking themselves in and fighting to position themselves on the ropes. Unfortunately for McIntyre, Mahal picked up the momentum early on. A hard-hitting suplex on the broadcast table helped Mahal take control of the contest.
Back inside the ring, “The Scottish Warrior” rallied around and landed several stomach-to-stomach suplexes on Mahal. Sadly, things quickly fell apart for McIntyre, as the cohorts of Mahal, Veer and Shanky assaulted the former champion just as he neared victory. The match was called off instantly, but Mahal and his henchmen quickly got to work assaulting McIntyre.

Once Mahal left his old friend lying down, he rubbed the wound by taking the sword that “The Sexy Scotsman” wears from the ring.
