The Mirror reports tonight that Chelsea are keen to offer Tammy Abraham to Borussia Dortmund as part of their offer to land at Haaland.
The 20-year-old – valued at £ 150million – is the main summer transfer target for the Champions League winners, ahead of Romelu Lukaku and Harry Kane.
But Dortmund are determined to keep Haaland after selling Jadon Sancho to Manchester United.
Aston Villa and West Ham are among the clubs eager to sign Abraham on loan or permanently ahead of the next campaign.
The sniper – among Chelsea’s top scorers last season – is said to be most excited about a move to London Stadium.
But all interested clubs have been told Chelsea are keen to include Abraham, 23, as a marquee weight in a bid to land Haaland. The Blues are valuing Abraham, whose contract expires in 2023, at £ 50million – a figure Dortmund considers excessive given he was exiled from the team last season by Thomas Tuchel.
Haaland has become one of the world’s most sought-after players after scoring 48 times in 51 games for club and country last season.
If Chelsea are able to use Abraham as a makeweight, it increases their chances of signing Dortmund’s latest wanted talent.

For Klopp, Manchester City and Pep Guardiola have become the main domestic rivals in recent years, with the Citizens winning Liverpool’s title last season to make them three Premier Leagues in four seasons for club Etihad Stadium.
However, with Chelsea’s appointment of Thomas Tuchel bearing immediate fruit with their Champions League triumph over Guardiola and set to strengthen considerably, Klopp will now be tasked with finding a way to keep Chelsea at bay during the season.
Also defeating the FA Cup finalists, Tuchel has made impressive progress since taking the reins of West London following the sacking of Frank Lampard.
Tuchel and Klopp know each other quite well, with the Chelsea manager following Klopp’s path in Germany as he built a reputation as one of the most exciting managers in Europe, before venturing to PSG in League 1.
The essential news from Liverpool FC
Liverpool got stronger this summer with the signing of defender Ibrahima Konate from RB Leipzig.
And the Reds are set to dive further into the transfer market this summer as they target a versatile striker and midfielder to replace the late Gini Wijnaldum.
However, after battling the conquering Manchester City team for several years, bringing them straight to the wire on one occasion and knocking them down on another, Klopp will have confidence in his squad, bolstered by those returning from injury, that he can overcome Guardiola and Tuchel’s men and secure Liverpool’s 20th league title.
