Canada’s Transport Minister, Omar Alghabra, has announced that he will announce the creation of a high-frequency train that will link Quebec City to Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto.
Trains could travel 200 kilometers an hour, run on reserved lanes, offer more frequencies and reduce travel times to the Quebec City-Toronto corridor by 25%.
