  • MORE TENNIS MAGIC

Andy Murray and Joe Salisbury are looking for a place in the semi-finals and have got off to a great start.

A break on Croatian pair Cilic and Dodig in their opening serve game.

The rest of the first set is gone with serve, now the Brits are serving for the set at 5-4.

  • GOLD MEDAL MOMENT

    Olympic champions.

  • SECOND OAR

The men’s team of eight advance to the final after qualifying in second place.

Their first run was hugely disappointing as one of the favorites for gold, finishing third to reach this milestone.

But it was better as they continue to sit behind the New Zealand team.

  • WHICH TEAM

The four guys celebrating after getting the gold.

  • DUNCAN REACTS

The Scotsman says he’s actually a “bit of a CUP” for not setting a world record in the 4x200m relay.

He won his first Olympic gold medal.

We were able to win world and European finals in 4x200m but this one still does.
In 2016 we won the silver and it was a monstrous feat at the time, but it was really special with these boys.
Matt in third was so calm and the boys in front executed their race plans really well.
So close to a world record too, if anything, I’m a little drained.

  • YOUNG GUN

And a fabulous 200m from 18-year-old Matt Richards, who extended the GB lead to give Duncan Scott a lead for the final stage.

When you run with guys like this it’s easy to have a good leg.
When they prepared you as well as they did and you know you have one of the best freestylers ever behind you, the privilege and the confidence that gives someone my age, money can’t buy it.

  • A GUY

James Guy’s second stage was decisive in putting GB back in the race behind the American team.

He keeps his emotions under control… fair!

The way it went last year and being a kid who wants a gold medal has been my absolute dream to do it is quite emotional.
These guys are the best freestylers in the world, with my teammates finishing first and second it’s amazing.
And how far things are going. Now we are Olympic champions.

  • TOM DEAN REACTS

Two days, two Olympic gold medals. How does he feel ?

I can’t even put it into words. I couldn’t yesterday and I don’t think I can do it today.
I can’t thank these boys enough, from the bottom of my heart. Unreal.
I trained with this guy (a crying James Guy) every day and you can see how much that means to us.

  • THEIR REACTION

After getting the gold, the four guys must try to put words to this feat.

And if you heard Tom Dean yesterday, you will know he will be speechless.

  • HISTORICAL

The first time the GB team has won three gold medals in swimming in 113 years.

At a loss for words for this swim team.

  • ABSOLUTE SCENES

Almost the icing on the cake with a world record but they miss by THREE 1 / 100th of a second.

Not sure they particularly care about it right now!

  • ÉQUIPE GB OR ! 🚨

GREAT BRITAIN WINS THE 200m FREESTYLE RELAY !!

Oh this last 50m from Richards is superb!

He gives Duncan Scott a 1.4 second lead over the Russians !!

    200m to go!

  • 200m FREE MEN

What a fabulous stage for James Guy, one second behind for 0.13s in advance!

Great stuff, now rookie Matt Richards with a gap to America, Russia and Australia.

  • 200m FREE MEN

The American started very quickly and was a second faster in the first leg.

A good start from Tom Dean as James Guy places us in the second heat in second position.

  • WERE OUT!

    Come on guys….

  • WHERE WE GO

    Lane 4 for the British.

    Ready for a go!

  • HERE THEY ARE!

The men’s team enters the arena, the start time is fast approaching.

Tom Dean, James Guy, Matt Richards, and Duncan Scott – this is the order we get into.

A flying step from Dean to start would be nice!

  • MEN’S RELAY

Duncan Scott is back after being rested for the innings. He’ll bring it home in the final.

Tom Dean is also the best freestyler in the world at the moment.

    What could go wrong?

  • SWIMMING – RELAY 200m FREE MEN

Great medal hope for the GB team from a minute now!

All eyes are on Tom Dean and Duncan Scott after their superb performances yesterday.

  • WOMEN’S 1500m FREE FINAL

Phenomenal display from American champion Katie Ledecky.

She is led from the start and wins gold!

It was the first time the women’s 1,500 freestyle had taken place at the Olympics.

  • BRIT MEDALS TODAY

Only one medal in the bag for Great Britain today in a painful session.

The men’s quadruple scull won a silver medal, but it was fourth in the other rowing finals.

The free swim relay started around 4:26 am BST with Tom Dean and Duncan Scott expected to feature with GB the favorite.

  • SWIMMING – FINAL 200m WOMEN QUALITY

So close for Abbie Wood, but she finished in fourth place just outside the medals.

    Incredibly close final there.

  • SWIMMING – FINAL 200m WOMEN QUALITY

GB’s Wood looks solid halfway through!

    This one is near.
