The Loose Women star, 31, has finally returned home after rushing her two-year-old son to A&E after a ‘nightmare’ accident earlier this week.
Stacey previously revealed that Rex had a bad fall in the garden this weekend and needed stitches.
They both stayed in the hospital overnight so he could get stitches – but their ordeal was not over.
Stacey became concerned when Rex’s temperature “spiked” after they returned from the operation, and doctors told her to resume it.
But now Rex happily seems to have returned to his smile – much to Stacey’s relief.
In an adorable snap of Rex with their two dogs, Theo and Peanut, Stacey wrote, “Home Sweet Home ✨ – it’s been a fun week old. But being home and seeing Rex again with his furry brother and sister just made my heart happy.
“Theo’s face is just a mood that’s exactly how I feel right now being surrounded by these three.
“Thank you for your kindness all week. Love you all 🖤 Happy Saturday I’m going to rest that bump and my swollen hooves.
“I think I could sleep for a week 😂 Pickle we love you on the moon and always back…”
