RB Dallan Hayden commits to Ohio State – .

Things couldn’t have been better when it comes to the 2021 Ohio State roster. Backers Coach Buckeye Tony Alford, Ryan day, Marc Pantoni and the staff got 5 stars TreVeyon Henderson and top 4 stars Evan Pryor.

As these two were just heading into their first season for the Buckeyes, clinching a top right behind them wasn’t going to be easy. But that’s exactly what Ohio State staff did as Dallan Hayden of Memphis (Tenn.) Christian Brothers has announced an engagement to the Buckeyes. Hayden, who paid an official visit to the state of Ohio last weekend, posted the news on his Twitter account.

Hayden preferred the Buckeyes to Notre Dame and Illinois. He made an official visit with the Fighting Illini on the weekend of June 4 and one to Notre-Dame on the weekend of June 11. Oregon, Ole Miss and others.

Hayden told Bucknuts that the Ohio State offense was what he was looking for.

“They are leading an attack a bit similar to my high school one, so I really think I would adapt to that,” Hayden said.

Hayden racked up 2,010 yards and 24 touchdowns, averaging 8.7 yards per attempt during his junior season. He also had 127 receiving yards and averaging 12 yards per catch.

Hayden spoke about Alford who recruited him and will be his coach at Ohio State.

“He seems to be a good man on and off the pitch,” said Hayden. “He’s producing NFL talent like JK Dobbins and Zeke Elliott. I have the impression that he is one of the best coaches in the country. “

The day was also a big part of the reason Hayden chose Ohio State.

“A great man who runs a high performance program,” said Hayden. “No ego. Great man on and off the pitch. Nothing but good things to say about him.
