The main map opens with a video package featuring a deejay talking about Hell in a Cell, then clips aired about the various feuds while Ozzy Osbourne’s “Straight To Hell” played… Pyro took off around the room …

Michael Cole greeted viewers at WWE’s last pay-per-view from the ThunderDome (thank goodness!). Cole was joined on the commentary by Pat McAfee. The cage began to lower as the duo spoke at ringside… A video package highlighted the Smackdown Women’s Championship match…

1. Bianca Belair vs. Bayley in a Hell in a Cell match for the Smackdown Women’s Championship. Cole and McAfee announced the match. Bayley tied Belair’s braid to the ropes, but Belair broke free and went on the offensive. Belair raked Bayley’s face against the cage at ringside. Bayley bit Belair’s arm to free himself. McAfee panicked over the comments as Cole casually conceded that Bayley bit Belair.

Bayley pulled out a double kendo stick and hit Belair with it, then executed a sunset bomb that drove Belair into the cage. Bayley took some kendo sticks and wedged them between the cage and under the apron. Belair ended up performing a spinebuster which resulted in Bayley breaking the sticks. Belair took Bayley inside the ring and covered her for a near fall.

Belair worked on Bayley with a chair. Bayley grabbed Belair’s arm between the chair and then twisted it. Bayley accidentally slammed his knee on the chair. Belair cut the wrong knee. Belair wrapped her braid around Bayley’s wrist, then performed several shoulder blocks and knocked Bayley down to the ground.

Belair took Bayley to ringside and worked her with a kendo stick. Belair ran Bayley into the cage, then threw his shoulders over his midsection before releasing his wrist from the braid. Bayley satisfied with the referee outside the cage to free her. Belair slammed Bayley’s head into the cage a few times then laughed.

Bayley pulled a ladder out from under the ring and then stabbed Belair in the stomach with it. In the ring, Belair and Bayley found themselves on either side of the ladder. Belair used his power to drive Bayley around the corner, but Bayley pulled away, forcing Belair to ram the ladder into the post and injure himself in the process.

Bayley opened the ladder on the carpet and placed Belair on it. Bayley slammed the ladder on Belair twice. Bayley sold knee pain for the second time. Bayley covered Belair for a count of two. Bayley continued to sell his bad knee. Belair rode Bayley, who replied. Bayley used the ropes as leverage, which Cole pointed out to be legal, but that only resulted in two counts. McAfee acted like he didn’t know it was legal.

Belair picked up Bayley in the Glam Slam position and drove his face first into a turnbuckle. Belair placed a ladder over Bayley and performed a double stomp, but Bayley pulled away. Belair crossed over and executed a senton on Bayley, who was at the top of the ladder. Belair performed a KOD on the scale and marked the pin …

Bianca Belair defeated Bayley in 19:45 in a Hell in a Cell match to retain the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

Powell’s point of view: A good match. I’m not a big fan of all the weapons used inside the HIAC structure, but it has become the norm. And as low as I’m on overusing kendo sticks, they’ve found a creative way to use them. McAfee was being really over the top with his points comments during the game. He was distracting while going mad at Bayley biting Belair. That said, I’m going to take this on Cole by just acknowledging the bite and casually saying it’s legal in a HIAC match.

Ads aired with the WWE Vaccination PSA …

Belair was briefly interviewed by Megan Morant on the set of Gorilla Position. She said she would never forgive Bayley…

Bobby Lashley and MVP have been shown hanging out with their girlfriends. Lashley made a face (or he needs to use the facilities)…

Alexa Bliss registered from Alexa’s Playground set. She said to expect the unexpected… A video package set up the Seth Rollins match against Cesaro…

2. Seth Rollins contre Cesaro. Cole and McAfee announced the match. Cole and McAfee announced the match. Rollins attacks Cesaro from behind during the entries. Once they were separated inside the ring, the referee called the opening bell. Later, Rollins put Cesaro as a backdrop from the apron to the floor. Rollins hit Cesaro with a knee running from the apron.

Back inside the ring, Cesaro returned with a series of uppercuts. Cesaro ripped the black glove off Rollins’ right hand and then stuffed it into his mouth. Cesaro executed a clothesline with a short arm and Rollins spat out the glove. Cesaro covered Rollins for a count of two. Cesaro took the black glove out of the ring.

Cesaro performed a power slam for a count of two. Cesaro followed shortly after with a cross block of the ropes. Rollins rolled over and nearly fell. Rollins grabbed Cesaro with an enzuigiri and a spinning forearm. Rollins hit Cesaro in the back of the neck, then covered him for another nearby fall.

Rollins started cursing Cesaro thinking he was better than him and didn’t win anything. Rollins applied a Kimura lock. Cesaro got away with it, but Rollins took him down with a hawk arrow for a count of two. Rollins kicked Cesaro in the back of the head and covered him for two more counts.

Cesaro dropped a Rollins in charge with a lariat, which left the two men temporarily on the ground. Rollins got up first, but Cesaro grabbed him right away and executed the swing. Cesaro stopped him and then applied a Sharpshooter. Rollins hit the ropes, so Cesaro released the grip and applied a Crossface. Rollins rolled Cesaro into a pin to break the hold.

Cesaro reapplied the Sharpshooter. Rollins reached out for the ropes. Cesaro grabbed his arm and then stepped on it three times. Rollins countered in an inner cradle and scored the pin. The broadcast team questioned whether Rollins stole the match or won.

Seth Rollins pinned Cesaro in 4:15 PM.

Afterward, Rollins was jubilant as he walked up the ramp and said that all was equal …

Powell’s point of view: A really well worked match. I love the way the finish came out of nowhere rather than the game ending in a knockout blow. With Rollins mentioning that things are even, one can only assume that we will have a tiebreaker game.

An advertisement broadcast for WWE taking the road … A Peacock advertisement broadcast … An advertisement broadcast for the WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view to be held on Sunday, July 18 …

3. Alexa Bliss vs. Shayna Baszler (with Nia Jax, Reginald). Jimmy Smith, Corey Graves and Byron Saxton’s Raw broadcast team called the match. Bliss didn’t bring the stupid doll into the ring with her, so apparently she’s still waiting. Reginald climbed onto the apron and distracted Bliss, allowing Baszler to briefly go on the offensive. Soon after, Reginald covered his eyes to avoid looking at Bliss.

Bliss ended up hypnotizing Jax. Reginald waved his hand in front of Jax’s face. She slapped him. Bliss screamed and then Jax did the same. Baszler tried to put his finisher on Bliss, who quickly dodged him, then shot Baszler down with a DDT. Jax seemed to be back to normal at ringside. Bliss went upstairs and hit Twisted Bliss and scored the pin…

Alexa Bliss a battu Shayna Baszler en 7h00.

Powell’s point of view: I wish Bliss would hypnotize me so that I could stop hating my job every time I have to cover her matches and segments. It will be very interesting to get an idea of what fans will think of his schtick Female Fiend once WWE gets back on the road. It’s not for me, but neither was The Fiend and a lot of fans were in for it.

Drew McIntyre was shown backstage… After various commercials, Cole and McAfee announced that WWE was in the running for the ESPY Awards. McAfee encouraged viewers to vote for him…

4. Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn. Cole and McAfee announced the match.
