Shared by The Witcher’s Twitter account, this 12-second clip throws us a ton of scenes that go by very quickly, but we catch a glimpse of Geralt, runes, Witcher medals, weapons, snow, skeletons and, maybe. most importantly, a clue that we might have another bath scene in this coming season.

This teaser follows a similar teaser that centered on Ciri, the princess that Geralt will take with him to his childhood home in Kaer Morhen in season 2. The white wolf will have to protect Ciri from the mysterious power she possesses while the kings of the mainland, elves, humans and demons fight for supremacy outside the walls of the castle, which is located in the kingdom of Kaedwen.
While no specific release date has been given yet, Netflix has confirmed that The Witcher will return in the second half of 2021.
If that’s not enough of The Witcher, Netflix is also working on The Witcher: Blood Origin, a spin-off prequel that takes place 1,200 years before Geralt’s adventures, and a Vesemir-focused animated feature called The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf.
Netflix also announced WitcherCon for July 9, where we expect to hear more about the upcoming season and any other Witcher projects currently underway. Sadly, those looking for a new game announcement will be disappointed as it has already been rumored that there will be such a reveal at this event.
