And it has been reported that the Duchess of Sussex has chosen NOT to attend the birth of baby Lilibet Diana Mountbatten Windsor.
Phil Dampier told The Sun he “very much doubts” the Duchess will return to England.
Harry, the Duke of Sussex, is expected to attend alongside his brother, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge.
But the Duke of Sussex, 36, will not be accompanied by his wife, royal experts say.
Mr Dampier said: ‘It wouldn’t surprise me if we didn’t see Meghan for a while.
“I don’t think she’s more popular with the Royal Family or the UK public and I think she will prefer to stay in California with her two young children. “
“Lilibet’s birth gives him a perfect excuse not to come.
“It can be seen as a blow to the royal family, but it will just be added to an already long list. “
A statement posted on their Archewell website said: “On June 4th, we were blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Lili.
“She is more than we could have imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we have felt around the world.
“Thank you for your continued kindness and support during this very special time for our family. “
The little girl marks their second child together after welcoming baby Archie in 2019, a year after their wedding.
