Reddit user ANotCoolGuy posted a video of the WandaVision post-credits scene from the show’s finale in which a silhouette can be seen in the upper left quadrant of the screen. Despite the show ending in March, Disney and Marvel have made some interesting changes to their first MCU TV series. You can watch the video for yourself below.
While it’s certainly reasonable to assume that this is a fan-made modification, Murphy’s Multiverse has confirmed that it is indeed the version of the WandaVision post-credits scene now playing on Disney +. Additionally, changes have been made to the actual landscape of this scene, along with updated credits.
The identity of the mysterious character has not been revealed. However, it seems likely that it could be Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange, as Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch is set to appear in the next Sorcerer Supreme movie. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

WandaVision premiered in January on Disney +. Alongside Olsen and Paul Bettany, the show starred Debra Jo Rupp, Kathryn Hahn, Teyonah Parris, Randall Park and Kat Dennings. It was then followed by The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which starred Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan in the lead roles. The direction of Tom Hiddleston Loki is the final MCU TV series and is currently in its third episode.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is scheduled to premiere on March 25, 2022.
