Mark Henry revealed he was signing with AEW a few weeks ago and he has now revealed another potential candidate who could become a member of the AEW Universe later.
Speaking to TMZ Sports, Henry revealed that AEW wanted to appeal to Braun Strowman and that the interest was mutual. Henry said: “Braun is very high on my list. It’s not a Mark Henry decision, but there is already interest on both sides. Hopefully by the time he’s cleared to wrestle in August, we can have a serious conversation about contract stuff and that nature, but right now there is interest from both sides.
It should be noted that WWE owns the rights to the name “Braun Strowman” so it should have a different name when the time comes.
Mark Henry also revealed he’s high on Big Cass, but declined to go into details as Big Cass is currently under contract with another company. Henry said, “I don’t want to talk to people when they have contracts with people. I don’t think it’s fair. Check out the full interview below.
