Kate Garraway rushes to hospital after new family health crisis – –

Kate Garraway thanked the NHS again after an incident while on holiday in Cornwall saw her mother rushing to hospital.
The Good Morning Britain presenter had taken time with her family to spend a holiday with her husband Derek Draper, who was born in Chorley, stayed at home and looked after by relatives.

However, while on vacation in Cornwall, Kate’s mother was rushed to hospital after suffering an ‘unfortunate fall’.

She posted on Instagram: “Just when you were thinking (hoping!)

“Thanks to the typically wonderful NHS team at Bodmin Hospital and the particularly wonderful Ruth, we were able to get her started and get her safely home for further treatment.

“You were all so nice – thank you very much. “

Kate spent time in Cornwall with her children Darcey and Billy as well as other family members, but her mother eventually wore a boot due to her injuries.

The presenter had another opportunity to thank the NHS as a result. Husband Derek had suffered from significant health issues since being hospitalized with Covid last year.

Kate’s GMB co-host Charlotte Hawkins replied, “Oh no, your poor mom! Sending love xx.
