France nightclubs to reopen as government eases Covid-19 restrictions – .

                Les concerts en France avec public debout seront autorisés à partir du 30 juin et les discothèques seront autorisées à rouvrir à partir du 9 juillet, ont annoncé lundi les ministres du gouvernement, alors que le pays continue d'assouplir les restrictions sanitaires de Covid-19.

                                    <p>La France autorisera les concerts avec public debout à partir du 30 juin à 75 pour cent de capacité en salle et 100 pour cent de capacité en plein air, a déclaré la ministre de la Culture Roselyne Bachelot à l'issue d'une réunion à l'Élysée avec des professionnels du secteur.

Nightclubs will be allowed to reopen from July 9, said Alain Griset of the finance ministry, allowing clubs to operate for the first time since their closure during the first national Covid-19 lockdown in France in March 2020.

France eased its third lockdown with the reopening of restaurant, bar and cafe terraces on May 19. These establishments were cleared to reopen for domestic service for the first time in seven months on June 9.

More than 100 nightclubs out of 1,600 in France have closed permanently due to the economic crisis caused by the pandemic, according to the UMIH hotel union.
