Muschietti revealed the image on Instagram in the same way he gave a preview of Ezra Miller’s new costume and Michael Keaton’s classic Batman costume.
There was no caption accompanying the image, so no further details were given regarding Calle’s Supergirl.
The costume looks like Henry Cavill’s Superman costume, but it has its own style with the red on top.
Calle’s casting as Supergirl earlier this year was announced via a wonderful video chat between Calle and Muschietti, where he told her that more than 400 actresses had auditioned for the role.
The Flash movie is set to hit theaters on November 4, 2022, and is said to be a version of the classic DC Flashpoint story that will apparently “restart everything” in the DCEU.
“It’s going to be fun and exciting and there are a lot of DC characters,” producer Barbara Muschietti said. “Flash is the superhero of this film because he is the bridge between all these characters and these timelines. And in a way, it restarts everything and doesn’t forget anything. “
