Durham reports 12 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday – .

As of Thursday, 12 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Durham.

No new deaths have been reported, leaving the death toll in the region at 373.

Of those who died, 218 were residents of long-term care homes or retirement homes.

The number of identified cases of COVID-19 variants is now 9,144.

To date, there have been 25,175 cases in Durham, of which 24,725 are now listed as resolved.

There are currently 77 active cases in the region.

Of these, 70 people are isolated at home and 10 are in hospital.

Four of those hospitalized are in intensive care.
