Dr Zoe Williams has revealed that she named her newborn son Lisbon Lion.
The This Morning star gave birth to her first child three weeks ago and explained that her partner Stuart McKay must have helped deliver their baby after a surprisingly quick labor.
Talk to HELLO! magazine, Zoe revealed that she had given birth to the water at home, but the process was so quick the midwife didn’t have time to arrive.

She revealed: “I had planned a home birth, but it turned out that there wasn’t much choice because it came quite quickly.
“It was a beautiful moment when Stuart and I were face to face in the (birthing) pool, we looked down and he was there in the water.
“I picked it up and we had five minutes where we held it, before we even checked if it was a girl or a boy. “
Stuart added, “It sounds stressful, but the reality was far from it. Zoe was amazing and I had complete confidence that everything would be fine.

Zoe revealed that they decided to name their son, who weighed eight pounds, Lisbon when she met Stuart at a bar in Portugal 20 months ago and decided shortly after that that would be their child’s name. .
The doctor now plans to take a year off from his work as an NHS GP, but hopes to return to This Morning sooner.
Zoe announced that she welcomed her first child last week in an adorable Instagram post.
She said she was “enjoying her newborn love bubble,” alongside a picture of her baby’s hands clasped between Stuart’s and hers.

Zoe first revealed she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Stuart in January, after previously saying she was considering using a sperm donor in her quest for motherhood.
In the caption of the article, Zoe said, “So thrilled to report that baby Williams-McKay has arrived and we are all safe and well and doing well.
“We’re taking a week away from social media to enjoy our newborn love bubble, but I promise to share all the details once I’m back online next week. ”
