Speculation about the Aston Villa and Manchester City man has been around for a long time, with Pep Guardiola being a known admirer of Grealish.
Manchester United have also been mentioned of the 25-year-old, who is currently making his first major international tournament with England and hoping to take part in the Euro 2020 clash with Croatia.
And now, according to the Fichajes.net site, Chelsea are in contention.
History claims that Thomas Tuchel is looking to improve his squad and that Chelsea are even the favorite to sign the Villa captain.
It seems rather odd, first of all considering the established interest of other clubs and the fact that Chelsea are relatively behind on this issue.
What is clear, however, is that Villa and Grealish are again likely to have their resolve tested.
Even club legend Stiliyan Petrov admits that – although the Bulgarian believes that Grealish’s love for his childhood club may be the dominant factor in what happens this summer.
“You can only keep Jack if you add quality,” Petrov told the JOE website.
“To be honest, with the transfers of the last few years and now with the new transfers, I think they’re trying to keep it.
“I think he’s going to stay. There will always be that question, but remember one thing and I admire him a lot for it… whatever anyone says, this boy loves the club.

“Steven Gerrard, we’ve seen him and are watching him. He accomplished a lot with the club [Liverpool] and it’s a legend. Jack loves the club.
“People tell me: ‘he has to go! “, And yes we all think that way, but sometimes the love is even greater than going anywhere else, and he wants to achieve things with the club.
“I think the club will be challenged for sure. “
