The NFL released an ad on Monday showing its support for the LGBTQ + community in the wake of Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Carl Nassib revealing he is gay.

“If you like this game, you are welcome here. Football is for everyone. Football is for everyone, ”the league said in a tweet. “The NFL supports the LGBTQ + community today and every day. “
The league also provided information on Project Trevor and how fans can contribute to the cause. The Trevor Project is “the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ youth,” according to its website.
The NFL has also made it clear that it believes “football is for everyone.”

Nassib became the first active NFL player to declare himself gay. He made the announcement on social media and announced a donation of $ 100,000 to The Trevor Project.
