Britney Spears’ ex Kevin Federline supports legal challenge against guardianship – .

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline has expressed support for her attempts to change her guardianship.
Kevin, who was married to Britney from 2004 to 2007, said he wanted what’s best for her, which is best for their two children, Sean, 15, and Jayden, 14.

Last week Britney appeared in court to try to get her father Jamie Spears removed from the order, giving her control over her financial and personal affairs.

And Kevin, who previously issued another statement in favor of his ex-wife, has once again given his public support.

Her lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said when asked about the couple’s children: “The best thing would be for their mother to be healthy and happy.

“And if any of those things aren’t true, it doesn’t provide the best framework for practicing custody.

« [Kevin] Certainly respect Britney and hope only for the best for her because when the best for her is achieved it is the best for their children.

“Children love their mother and he wants there to be a healthy and strong relationship. “

In Britney’s testimony, she made a number of shocking claims about her life in guardianship, including that she was forced to be on contraception and that she had stopped marrying and having other children.

Speaking of the testimony, Kaplan added to People, “Britney has not been served well by the guardianship and it’s not in line with what she wants.

“I think she should be able to challenge that. And if that’s what’s best for her, Kevin backs it up. “

Kaplan added, “If she’s strong and healthy and wants to control her own life, and can do so in a reasonable and responsible manner, then more power for her. “

He continued, “If it was necessary, we have to ask ourselves if she is okay.

“And if it’s no longer necessary, that’s fine too. I just want to make sure that all the considerations, how she is doing, are taken into account if she is looking to change the custody order in the post-conservative era, if that ever happens. ”

When she appeared in court last week, Britney told the judge she wanted to sue her family for allowing guardianship and believed everyone involved, including her father, should be in jail.

She said: “My father and anyone involved in this tutelage, including my leadership… they should be in jail.

“I told the world that I am happy and okay. I lied. I am not happy, I cannot sleep. I’m so angry, it’s crazy. And I am depressed. “

She continued, “Ma’am, I am not here to be anyone’s slave. I can say no to a dance step. “

“I just want to get my life back. That’s enough, ”she later announced.

His father Jamie said in a statement: “ [Jamie] is sorry to see his daughter suffer so much. [He] loves her daughter and misses her very much. “
