The 24-year-old established himself as a regular at Porto in 2014. He played 93 times for them and he captained the Portuguese squad when he was just 18 years old.
Neves moved to England in 2017 as he joined Wolves – who were in the league at the time – for a record £ 15.8million.

The midfielder has played more than 170 times for Wolves since then and he’s been one of their best players on a regular basis.
It has been reported that Arsenal are interested in signing Neves. They hope to close the deal for around 40 million euros.
Campbell said Football initiate that Arsenal would get a ‘brilliant midfielder’ if he signed Neves:
“What a player he is. That’s the crazy thing, he’s never been on my radar because as far as I’m concerned the wolves would never sell him.
“Neves is a brilliant midfielder at a good age. He can also hit them from outside the box. It is a rare talent. He’s a good player and at 24 he still has time to develop.
“There will be big changes for Wolves this summer and if Arsenal can sneak into a deal for Neves that would be awesome. I think £ 40million is a great price for him, to be honest. “
Elsewhere, David Seaman hinted that he felt “a little sorry” for Mikel Arteta:
“When you look at last season, finishing eighth, it’s very disappointing.
“This is something that needs to be changed.
“I’m a little sorry for Arteta because he doesn’t have his own team yet, or his own team. He inherited players from former managers. But he must coach those around him to get the most out of it.
“We saw with the FA Cup and then the Community Shield victory, I would call these bonuses, because this season was not very good either. Consistency is the problem.
