Conte is looking for his next job after recently leaving Inter Milan. He led them to the Serie A title but their financial situation prevented them from keeping him. But he will be in demand after his last achievement and he has been linked with Tottenham.
Spurs are looking for the permanent successor of Jose Mourinho, sacked in April. Ryan Mason took the reins on an interim basis until the end of the season, but now is the time for someone more experienced.
We talked about a potential return for Mauricio Pochettino, even if it would not be easy. Paris Saint-Germain has him still under contract for another year and don’t want to lose him.
Therefore, Spurs will consider other options, and Conte is one of them, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
It has been claimed that Conte may be tempted by a move to Tottenham as he has fond memories of his previous Premier League stint with fellow Londoner Chelsea.
More – just like with their pursuit of Pochettino – it looks like they face competition from Real Madrid.
Zinedine Zidane has left the Spanish club, who must find the right replacement. They missed the La Liga title against rivals Atletico Madrid this season and now need to rebuild.
Conte might be the kind of high profile date they need, and AS claim Madrid have been in contact with the manager.
SportItalia Confirm that contact as well, with Conte elevated to the top of Real’s wishlist.
Tottenham will have to respond if they really want Conte.
Three names of Conte signatures
A recent report named three players Conte may be looking to bring with him from Inter to Tottenham if he took the job.
According to Daily Express, Conte’s top name is star striker Romelu Lukaku.
The 27-year-old Belgian has become one of the best strikers in the world since his transfer to Inter. The former Manchester United striker has scored 27 times this season, form which has seen him linked with a shock return to Chelsea.
Conte could also ask Tottenham to fund the transfer of Lukaku’s striking partner Lautaro Martinez. The Argentinian has become a figurehead on Conte’s side and also comes with a hefty price tag.

And finally, center-back Alessandro Bastoni could also be an option. The 22-year-old has become one of Serie A’s top defenders this season, playing 40 times in all competitions.
Left footed, he has already been linked with Manchester City. And with Tottenham’s defensive weaknesses evident, it’s easy to see why Conte would love to end up at Spurs.
The key to any of these deals, however, would be selling Harry Kane first. The striker appears desperate to move on and Levy will be looking for a minimum of £ 120million for the Tottenham talisman.
