Oscar Isaac posts his first look at Disney Plus’s Moon Knight – fr

Oscar Isaac is officially Moon Knight in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
This news comes through a Twitter de Marvel Studios, who confirmed the news and offered their first official look at the upcoming Moon Knight series to Disney Plus at some point in the future.

However, this isn’t a first glimpse of Isaac in a Moon Knight costume or even a behind-the-scenes photo from the set – it’s just Isacc in front of the comic book covers and art of Moon Knight.

As you can see in the tweet above, it looks like Isaac might have some sort of eye shadow, hinting at some time spent under the hood of the identity of Marc Spector’s hero, Moon Knight. If you are wondering, “I thought this was something we already knew?” This is completely understandable as Isaac was practically confirmed.

Isaac’s being in talks to play Moon Knight goes as far back as last October, and then earlier in January, the show’s cinematographer apparently confirmed he was cast for the lead role.

Those familiar with Moon Knight might recognize some of the comics and art in the background of Isaac’s photo and it looks like all of this is some inspiration for the show.

Only time will tell. There is no release date for the Disney Plus Moon Knight series just yet, but until we find out more, check out Kevin Feige’s latest update on the series and then see how Ethan Hawke was cast as the main villain of the series.

Find out how Marvel hired the directors of The Endless to lead this Moon Knight series after that, then check out IGN’s list of all the new Marvel movies and TV shows coming in 2021 and beyond.
