The event was attended by massive celebrities including Michael B. Jordan and Duck.
There was some outrage after the league announced LeBron attended the event – with some calling on the NBA superstar to do a mandatory quarantine before being allowed into the field for fear he could. infect someone else … especially since he refuses confirm or refuse publicly if he has been vaccinated.
But, the NBA says there is nothing to fear …
“LeBron James briefly attended an outdoor event last week where participants were to be vaccinated or return a negative test result,” a league spokesperson said Monday,
“Under these circumstances and in consultation with medical experts, it was determined that its presence did not create risks related to the spread of COVID-19 and therefore no quarantine was necessary. “
The NBA also says LeBron has NOT received special treatment for being a superstar.
“During this season there have been many similar breaches of league health and safety protocols, which have been treated with the player’s team in the same way. “
Then the league added that line… which makes it look like Bron was vaccinated.
“Under current NBA rules, vaccinated players are allowed to engage in outside activities, including their individual business arrangements, such as sponsor appearances or commercials shoots. “
LeBron has yet to confirm, although he has been repeatedly questioned about it by several reporters.
