Mark Wright has become a fitness guru and says the fitter you are the more sex you will have.
Legend TOWIE spoke about his time between the sheets and said it can only help your mental state.

The 34-year-old has written a lifestyle book offering wellness tips and how you can improve all areas of your life.

But when asked about his own sex life, he laughed and admitted it was “a little embarrassing to have a conversation.”

Mark says the fitter you are the more sex you will have

Trim Mark told The Sun, “Having a healthy sex life is proven to help the mind and relieve stress. It all goes hand in hand.

“I can’t say that you can’t have a good sex life if you don’t feel good about your body, but you will definitely have a better sex life if you do.

“If you feel good and have stamina, it helps your sex life. If you feel toned and healthy, it will improve your sex life. ”

He wrote a book on how to improve your lifestyle

The reality TV star, who was recently released from League Two club Crawley Town after six months, has her own TrainWright fitness app and live workouts during lockdowns.

Heart DJ Mark has spoken in the past about his Michelle’s onscreen sex scenes, explaining that he wasn’t “bothered” by her antics on TV.

In fact, he confessed to giving her advice on how to perfect the wacky moments in front of the camera, suggesting that “she closed her eyes” to make it seem more real.

The couple would like to maximize the space and build a “grandma’s apartment” on the land of their new home.

The showbiz couple bought a £ 1.3million farmhouse in Mark’s native Essex in 2019 and dismantled it to start building their dream home.

Now, The Sun has reported that the couple have applied to the Epping Forest District Council in hopes of building a “one bedroom annex” on the property.

It is also suggested that the couple wish to demolish an existing stable that is already on the property.
