Service the police de Gilford and New Hampshire say Manson and its representatives have known about the warrant “for some time”, but “no effort has been made by it” to return to the state “to respond to outstanding charges”.
It concerns two assault charges against a videographer in New Hampshire in 2019.
In a Facebook post, the force said Manson performed at the Bank Of NH pavilion on August 18, 2019 when the alleged assault occurred.
He adds that the alleged victim was in the pit area while filming the series – something she was hired to do.
Manson, real name Brian Warner, has yet to comment on the allegations.
Each charge carries a fine of up to $ 2,000 (£ 1,415) and less than a year in prison.
The arrest warrant is not a presumption of guilt and has no connection with other allegations made against Manson.
Elsewhere it is pursued by his former assistant on allegations of sexual assault, assault and harassment, and was charged with sexual, physical and emotional abuse by former Game Of Thrones star Esme Bianco.
Bianco was among several women who spoke out in February after another actress, Evan Rachel Wood, accused Manson of sexual, physical and emotional abuse during their relationship.
He was then abandoned by his label and his agents.
Responding to the allegations, Manson said they were “horrific distortions of reality” and that her “intimate relationship has always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners.”
