First unexplored video revealed for Tom Holland-led adaptation – fr


After fans were treated to a brand new image of the long-awaited Sony Pictures I unexplored Earlier this week, the first footage from the developing film adaptation of Naughty Dog’s hit video game series was finally revealed in Sony’s new promo video that highlights every division of the company. While this is only a brief clip from the upcoming film, it still gives us a fresh take on the chemistry of Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg as Nathan Drake and Victor Sullivan.

The film is currently set to hit theaters on February 18, 2022, which will see the action-adventure film face off against two contestants in the form of the new animated film from Paramount Pictures. To scold and the new action thriller from Michael Bay Ambulance with Jake Gyllenhaal.

Directed by Zombieland and Venom director Ruben Fleischer, I unexplored should be a prequel to the game series and will draw inspiration from both a sequence of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, in which the young thief Nathan Drake first meets his future partner Victor Sullivan, and the fourth installment of the game franchise, The end of a thief.

The film adaptation will be directed by Spider-Man: No Coming Home star Tom Holland as Nathan Drake and Mark Wahlberg (Transformers movies). It will also star Oscar nominated actor Antonio Banderas (Zorro’s mask, Pain and glory), Grey’s Anatomy actress Sophia Ali and The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star Tati Gabrielle.

Fleischer, who was the seventh director attached to the project, directs I unexplored from a script written by the Men in Black: International duo Art Marcum & Matt Holloway et Rafe Judkins (The wheel of time), based on a story put together by the trio and former director Dan Trachtenberg (10 Cloverfield Lane), Mark D. Walker et John Hanley Rosenberg.
